Dr. Tommy Carrington has been involved in ministry since 1985, serving as a Chaplain and Ministries Director with Miami Youth for Christ. In addition to his role with YFC, he is also the Founder/President of Impact 922 Ministries, a ministry focused on training, coaching, and mentoring youth leaders. He has also served as the Chapel Coordinator and Adjunct Instructor at Trinity’s South Florida Regional Center since 1997.

Dr. Carrington travels extensively, speaking for youth groups, churches, camps, seminars and retreats. He holds memberships with the Association of Youth Ministry Educators, Christian Community Development Association, and is a certified trainer with Career Coaching for Students.

He recently moved from Miami, FL to Illinois, to complete his PhD at TEDS, and is delighted to teach for Trinity’s regular undergraduate and REACH programs.
